Jeremy McDowell is a husband, a father of five, and recently a proud grandfather. He joined the USSSA team in 2007 as State Director of Kansas but his journey in fastpitch began as a volunteer in 2001. Currently, Jeremy is the Executive Vice President of USSSA Fastpitch. His passion is to impact the youth of today by using sport as the platform to do this. He sees his role in this sport as an opportunity to surround himself with like hearted people that want to make a difference. His favorite saying is “it's not what you do, but why you do it.”

Dr. Jami Lobpries was a part of two Big XII titles and two Women’s College World Series at Texas A&M. She played four years in the NPF on the Philadelphia Force, TN Diamonds, NPF Diamonds and Carolina Diamonds. After coaching two years at Monmouth University, Lobpries went back to Texas A&M to pursue her passion of growing women’s sports through a Ph.D in Sport Management and concentration on female athlete branding. She has remained active in the fastpitch community as a youth instructor and coach as well as a blogger and marketing consultant for the USSSA Pride and Dallas Charge. She left her role as a Sport Management Professor at the University of Tampa to impact the game she loves and focus full-time on the development of the USA Elite Select program.

Chris Florence is a proud father of two, Christen and Cody Florence. Chris began to realize his passion for youth sports in 2005 as the Director of Baseball for the Hampton Youth Club. In 2008, Chris joined Georgia USSSA Fastpitch as Area Director in charge of the Atlanta area. He quickly began to positively impact the game through the events he hosted. In November of 2013, Chris helped to spawn an idea and create what we now know as USA Elite Select. Chris will serve full-time as the National Tournament Director and coordinator of all Regional Qualifiers and World Fastpitch Championships.

Jenny Gladding is a native of Palm City, FL and a graduate of the University of Florida. Gladding started her career at the University of Arizona where she won the 2001 National Championship. She spent her last two season at Florida where she earned All-SEC and NFCA All-Region honors. After graduating from Florida, Jenny’s connection to the game continued as Director of Softball at Champion Sports Complex in Orlando. She also was the Head Softball Coach at Palm Beach Atlantic University before returning to Florida as Assistant Coach. In the summer of 2013 and 2014, Gladding was the pitching coach for the USSSA Pride. As the National Director of the Futures Program, she is “excited for the opportunity to give back to the game and give girls around the world the same opportunities she had.”

Jason Gusaeff is a proud husband and father of two daughters--Kira and Kaya.He has been coaching travel softball for the last five years at the elite level. Currently, he coaches Georgia Impact-Gusaeff based out of the Atlanta area. His background in promoting and marketing events began in the music industry and has carried over to the sport industry where he has hosted several youth tournaments in the Atlanta area. Jason will utilize his experience to represent USA Elite Select in Region 1 and grow our program in the Southeast.

Cheri Naudin grew up playing and coaching softball in Southern California.  Since 1998, she has led two teams to 3rd and 4th place titles in consecutive ASA Nationals.  She quickly developed a passion for teaching slapping, hitting and catcher training.  Her ability to build and develop relationships in the sport allowed her to utilize her connections to become a College Scout and Advocate for kids desiring to play college softball.  She now owns College Sports Advocate, a specialized recruiting, advocacy group designed to guide Student Athletes through the recruiting process.  For the past three years, Cheri has owned and operated Softball Academy of Texas where she trains catchers and hosts clinics on teaching basic softball techniques. Based out of the Dallas area, Cheri will represent USA Elite Select in Region 2.

Rick Phillips began coaching fastpitch in 1995 and went on to serve as President of North Valley Little League from 2001-2008. During that time, his organization won 15 State Championships, made 9 Western Region appearances, and 2 World Series appearances. He began his journey with USSSA in 2008 and continues to serve as Arizona USSSA Co-State Director of Fastpitch. He has been instrumental in developing USSSA in the state of Arizona. Along with your partners, Rick helped start the AZ Thanksgiving Shootout one of the premiere showcase tournaments in the country. Based out of the Phoenix area, Rick will represent USA Elite Select in Region 3.

Robb Behymer is the founder of the Top Gun Invitational tournament in Kansas City, one of the premiere showcases in the country. He has been involved in fastpitch softball for 10 years and owns Top Gun Events. Robb is married to Susan Behymer and has two daughters-Kayleigh and Ally. In 2013, Robb was one of the visionaries behind the concept of USA Elite Select. Based out of the Kansas City area, Robb will represent USA Elite Select in Region 6.
